Santa Barbara Lodging in style! The eighteen rooms are
furnished in a Spanish Colonial style with a contemporary
flair. The fabrics are soft-textured in warm, soothing tones.
All linens are of the highest grade. The guest rooms feature
queen or king-size beds, lounge areas and private baths.
The interior design was created by Design Source of Montecito.
This is Santa Barbara lodging at its finest.
All rates are for double occupancy and include
deluxe continental breakfast, complimentary wine and cheese, and
evening port and sherry. All rooms have king or queen sized
beds and private bathrooms; all rooms are non-smoking.
Ocean, Harbor, Garden and Santa Barbara Mountain View Rooms,
$149~$265.
Deluxe Garden View Rooms with Fireplaces,
$250~$300.
Rates do not include 12% tax. Rates are effective as of
January 2006 but are subject to change without notice.
Two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday, Saturday or
Sunday nights) and holidays.

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM; check out time is 12:00

We have renovated out wonderful Santa Barbara inn. The
interior was gutted, all mechanical systems were replaced,
the foundation was rehabilitated and a new roof was installed
prior to the new fire-rated thin wall plaster interior.
The exterior was restored and the building completely refinished.
Site improvements included the enclosure of the courtyard,
a new carport, solar-heated pool and Jacuzzi and completed
by Designworks of Santa Barbara. Construction was coordinated
by Robert Young Construction of Santa Ynez Valley.
