Overlooking our landscaped courtyard and pool, the Courtyard
Conference Room accommodates groups of up to 20, with flexible
seating arrangements designed for a variety of conference
requirements. A full range of audio-visual and video equipment
is available, and luncheons are catered upon request, with
menus customized for your group - what you would expect
from fine Santa Barbara Inns.
Conference arrangements at the Villa Rosa include a range
of moderate rates for day use only, half day, and full day
sessions. Corporate room rates are also part of your conference
package; a discount on our weekday rate is available to
corporate guests Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
Reservations must be guaranteed, and a 50% deposit is required
for booking, with full payment received 14 days prior to
arrival for confirmation. Cancellation must be made 30 days
prior to arrival.

At Villa Rosa, corporate guests enjoy true refuge from
the routine of other Santa Barbara Inns. We provide the
distinctive ambiance of historic Spanish Colonial inns,
and the amenities and personal attention usually found only
in large resort hotels. Offering views to the ocean, garden
and Santa Barbara mountains, our 18 rooms are designed for
elegant comfort, with soft textures and warm colors which
add contemporary flair to the traditional setting of inns.

All rates are for double occupancy and include deluxe continental
breakfast, complimentary
wine and cheese, and evening port and sherry. All rooms
have king or queen sized
beds and private bathrooms; all rooms are non-smoking.
Ocean, Harbor, Garden and Santa Barbara Mountain View Rooms,
$149~$265.
Deluxe Garden View Rooms with Fireplaces,
$250~$300.
Rates do not include 12% tax. Rates are effective as of
January 2006 but are subject to
change without notice.
We ask a two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday, Saturday
or Sunday nights) and holidays.
